COMPANY PROFILE Hunan Snowsky Fine Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., a technology-oriented enterprise, jointly founded by Hunan Light Industry & Salt Industry Group (controlling party) and Hunan Light Industry Research Institute (equity participation). It was established in January 2014 with a registered capital of RMB 38.5 million yuan. Its predecessor, Hunan Zhongye Technology Industry Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Light Industry Research Institute, was established in October 1996. The company is a designated manufacturer of mosquito repellent drugs and preparations, a high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province, and a new material enterprise in Hunan Province and a small giant enterprise in Hunan Province. It obtains both pesticide registration certificate and the production license in deet, insect repellent-baape and mosquito repellent spray liquid. The main products of our company include: Deet, insect repellent-baape, mosquito repellent preparation, L-menthyl lactate, amino acid surfactant, salt anti-coagulant, industrial adjuvants, etc. The company has always adhered to the quality policy of "stable quality, pursuit?of?excellence, customer satisfaction, constant improvement" and passed the ISO9001 quality system certification of the latest standards. Its products have been highly approved by customers, setting an example of the brand quality of the industry. The company has 60 employees, including 12 senior technical personnel, 15 intermediate technical personnel and 1 provincial model worker, 80% of whom are professional technicians. It relies on the scientific research achievements of the Light Industry Research Institute for more than 50 years and has made great achievements in scientific and technological development. The products are produced and managed independently. The company has more than 10 patented technologies. Insect repellent-baape won the reward State Key New Products in 2006, gained technical innovation fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China in 2009, and application demonstration award for key new material products of Provincial Industry and Information Technology Department in 2018. Mosquito repellent spray liquids were supported by Provincial Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Project in 2018. Reserved pyrethroids such as valerate and propargite are new high-efficiency and low-toxicity products recommended by WHO. Products like mosquito repellent drug of hydroxypiperidone, antibacterial agent of guanidine hydrochloride, new wig softener and other technologies are upgraded products, which have entered the pilot-scale test and industrialization stage.
